“Golden Perenzin Latteria with Buffalo’s milk cheese drunken with Glera grapes”

Nominated as best cheese of Alpe Adria 2020, our Buffalo’s milk cheese drunken with Glera grapes is produced with 100% buffalo’s milk of Italian origin.

On the outside it has a thin rind covered with marc from Glera grapes, a typical varietal of the hills of Conegliano-Valdobbiadene with which Prosecco wine is made.

Best of Alpe Adria certainly is one of the most followed events within this sector; created in 2011 by the editor and food and wine critic Maurizio Potocnik, this event promotes the best products made by known masters, as well as wines and restaurants of the macro-region in the heart of Europe, amongst Italy, Austria, Slovenia and Croatia, all selected together with journalists and food and wine experts.
