Latteria Perenzin

Treviso – The “Latteria Perenzin” (cheesemakers for 4 generations) specialize in the production of organic cheeses made from cow’s and goat’s milk. Among their top products are a “Mediaeval” cheese, also the Feletto (a fresh latteria), the San Pietro, and a formajo ciock, which is soaked in grape must for ten days or so.
